Emalc provides tools for managing contacts, verifying email addresses, creating email campaigns, sending or scheduling emails, and reviewing delivery information.

You may use Emalc only for lawful business and communication purposes.

You are responsible for all activity performed through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

If you use Emalc on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You are responsible for the contacts you upload, store, organize, and communicate with through Emalc.

You must have the appropriate permission or other lawful basis required to contact your recipients.

You must not use Emalc with purchased, stolen, scraped, or unlawfully obtained email lists.

You are also responsible for complying with applicable privacy, marketing, anti-spam, unsubscribe, and consent requirements.

Uploading an email address to Emalc does not itself mean that you have permission to contact that person.

Emalc may automatically verify imported email addresses and identify addresses that may be invalid or risky.

Verification is designed to help improve list quality, but it does not guarantee that an email address will remain valid or that a message will be successfully delivered.

Recipient mail systems, filtering services, address changes, and other factors outside Emalc’s control can affect delivery.

You remain responsible for deciding which recipients you send email to.

You are responsible for all content you create, upload, or send through Emalc, including email copy, images, HTML, links, and recipient information.

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights
• Contain fraudulent or deceptive information
• Be used for phishing, impersonation, or scams
• Contain malware or harmful code
• Be used to send spam or unauthorized bulk email

You retain ownership of your content.

You give Emalc permission to process and transmit your content only as necessary to provide the Services.

• Available credits or plan allowance

A scheduled sending time does not guarantee that every recipient will receive the email at exactly that time.

Email delivery may depend on recipient mail providers, filters, network conditions, sender reputation, and other systems outside Emalc’s control.

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk email
• Use Emalc for phishing or fraud
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Attempt unauthorized access to another account or Emalc systems
• Circumvent security, usage limits, or account restrictions
• Disrupt or interfere with the operation of Emalc
• Use Emalc in violation of applicable law
• Use the Services in a way that could harm Emalc, recipients, or other users

• Delivery of every email
• Inbox placement
• A specific open or click rate
• A particular campaign result
• Perfect accuracy of email verification
• Continuous availability of the Services

• You violate these Terms
• Your account is used for spam, fraud, phishing, or other prohibited activity
• Your activity creates a security or operational risk
• Payment obligations are not met
• We are legally required to restrict access
